Many homes in the slums of Phnom Penh, Cambodia are in a terribly run down state. When it rains, many of them flood and families suffer terrible illnesses due to the poor conditions. Since 2015, a partner organisation of Ordinary Heroes™, OM MTI, has been helping families repair and rebuild their homes with new and stronger materials. 31 homes have been rebuilt with many constructing an additional floor for their occupants to sleep in so they are no longer sleeping on the flooded ground. This is life changing for families living in these slums!
